Cancellation
We ask that all cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellation less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the service. Clients who are a “no call no show” for appointments will be charged for the full appointment.

Late Arrival Policy
In order for us to remain on schedule for all of our clients, we reserve the right to shorten your appointment if you are more than 15 minutes late.
